Services you choose to connect

These are not our sub-processors. They act under their own terms with you, and we access them only when you connect them:

Service What happens
Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Corporation) Reading your mail and calendar and sending emails you confirm, via Microsoft Graph
Your email provider (e.g. Gmail, Zoho, Hostinger) Reading and sending mail via IMAP/SMTP with the app password you provide
Your calendar provider (e.g. Google Calendar) Reading events from the private calendar address you add

Services outside our control that deliver features in your browser

Service What happens
Browser push services (Google, Apple, Mozilla) Deliver notifications to your devices if you allow them. Notifications are encrypted in transit and contain short alerts, not document content
Browser speech recognition (e.g. Google for Chrome, Microsoft for Edge, Apple for Safari) Converts what you say to Mona into text. The audio goes from your browser to the browser maker, not to us
