Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to every user of Qiyada. The Customer is responsible for its users' compliance.

1. No illegal or dishonest use

Do not use the Service to:

• commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, tax evasion, market manipulation or insider dealing;
• falsify, back-date or misrepresent financial statements, audit evidence, invoices, letters or other records;
• present Output as audited, certified or approved by an auditor, regulator or licensed professional when it is not;
• apply a company letterhead, signature or stamp without the authority of the company and person concerned;
• break sanctions or export-control laws, or allow access from sanctioned countries or by sanctioned persons;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights.

2. Email, messages and contacts

• Send emails only to recipients you are entitled to contact, and comply with anti-spam and marketing laws, including opt-out requests.
• Do not use the Service for bulk unsolicited messages, phishing, impersonation or misleading emails, or to hide the fact that a message was drafted with AI where the law requires disclosure.
• Connect only mailboxes, calendars and accounts that you are authorised to access.
• Use business-card and contact data only for legitimate business purposes, and do not publish personal images without consent.

3. Artificial intelligence

• Do not try to bypass safety filters, extract system instructions, or make the AI produce illegal, abusive, hateful, sexual or violent content.
• Do not use the Service to make decisions that significantly affect individuals — such as consumer credit scoring, hiring, firing, insurance or access to essential services — or for medical or clinical advice.
• Do not use Output to develop or train competing AI models.
• Comply with Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, which applies to our AI provider.

4. Data

• Upload only data you have the right to process.
• Do not upload payment-card data, and do not upload health data, data about children or other special categories of personal data unless it is necessary and lawful.
• Do not upload malware or content designed to harm systems or people.

5. Security and fair use

• Do not probe, scan or test the Service's security, or try to access another workspace, without our written permission.
• Do not circumvent plan limits, share accounts between people, or access the Service by automated means other than features we provide.
• Do not overload or disrupt the Service or interfere with other customers.

6. People

Users must be at least 18 years old and act for a business. The Service must not be offered to or used by children.

7. Enforcement and reporting

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate access in accordance with the Terms of Service if this Policy is breached, and we may cooperate with competent authorities. Report misuse or security issues to info@meandrobo.com.qa.
