# Qiyada (by MeandRobo)

> Qiyada is an AI executive office for the people who run companies — CEOs, CFOs, managing directors, general managers, finance and department managers, and board members. It analyses a company's financial statements, produces board-ready reports in PDF, PowerPoint and Excel, writes letters on the company's letterhead with signature and stamp, syncs Outlook and Google calendars, and includes Mona, a voice assistant. It works in English and Arabic. Built by MeandRobo in Doha, Qatar, for companies in Qatar and the Gulf.

## What it does
- Financial intelligence: dashboard, financial statements, ratios against benchmarks, KPIs, cash-flow waterfall, multi-year trends, company comparison, group view.
- Planning: budget, forecast, financial model (revenue and cash-flow forecast, break-even, DCF valuation), M&A analysis.
- Strategy: strategic overview ("what needs your attention"), market intelligence, OKR goals, decision log, board pack.
- Risk: AI risk assessment with recommendations; data-quality checks on uploaded statements.
- Reports: 19-page PDF board report, editable PowerPoint board deck, 11-sheet Excel workbook, with the company's logo.
- Documents: AI Secretary writes business letters, emails, memos, board updates, meeting minutes and proposals in English or Arabic, on the company letterhead with authorised signature and company stamp; PDF or Word.
- Contracts: contract review (financial terms and risks) and contract generator (shareholder, partnership, joint-venture agreements and more).
- Communications: Microsoft 365 and Gmail mailbox, urgent-email alerts, business-card scanning, Microsoft 365 and Google calendar sync (read-only), morning and evening briefings.
- Mona: voice assistant that answers questions, asks the Qiyada for reports, drafts emails and letters (the user approves before anything is sent), and manages meetings and reminders. 30 natural voices, English and Arabic.
- Security: two-factor sign-in, company- and module-level access control, audit log, encrypted backups, monthly AI budget.

## What it is not
- Not an accounting system or ERP: it works from the financial statements the company already produces (Excel or PDF).
- Not an auditor, and it never moves money.

## Data and legal
- Customer data is not used to train AI models; AI processing uses Google's paid Gemini API.
- Customers can export their whole workspace (JSON, CSV and stored images) at any time; closing a workspace deletes it after a 30-day retrieval period.
